Convention Components, Inc. (CCI) specializes in the planning, coordination and management of ground transportation for all types of events, large or small. Yet, having been in the business for over 29 years, CCI has been asked to provide service above and beyond transportation needs. Our most popular services include the following:
CCI will put together a fleet of vehicles that meets your needs best for the following: city wide shuttles, airport arrivals/departures, executive sedan services off site tours and outings…and more. CCI will then manage the fleet (either on-site or off-site) to ensure that the event goes as planned. If you have already booked your vehicles, CCI would still be happy to manage the fleet that you have contracted.

CCI will put together a team of professionals to serve in the following areas: booking sales, concierge services, distribution, greeters, human arrows, registration, security, translators, ushers…and more. CCI will then manage the team to ensure that the event goes as planned.

If you are looking for a service outside of this list, please do not hesitate to ask how we can help. If we are not available to serve, we know someone who is! This is a "living" list, adjusting to the changing environment in the cities we work in. We are continually contacting our providers to make sure they are still providing quality service, and when we find they are not, we research other providers to find a replacement.
