Currently many meetings/conventions ask their attendees to find their own way between the airport and the convention hotel.  Destination Express™ allows attendees to purchase in advance corporate level, convention specific transportation between the airport and the convention hotel, at their own expense. No guarantees by convention management, no cost to the convention, and no work for overworked convention staff.

If you choose to use Destination Express™, a link will be placed on the convention registration website that allows each individual traveler to sign up for this corporate level airport service, and pay for it themselves.  They will be brought to the secure DE^TM Online Meeting Registration Tool in which they can provide arrival, departure and payment information.  Upon arrival at the convention airport, Destination Express™ staff in the baggage claim area(in appropriate staff clothing) greet them, confirm that their name in on the manifest, and direct them to the dedicated vehicle(s) which leave the airport on a regular schedule. These vehicles only carry convention attendees and only go to convention properties. 

For their departure, each attendee will proceed to the pickup location at their convention hotel, where Destination Express™ staff will welcome them and put them on the regularly scheduled vehicle(s) reserved specifically for your convention or meeting attendees for the start of their journey home.
